Warranty

We, as a Certified and Licensed Dealer/Applicator, warrant installation of our own installation on consumer vehicles. There is no warranty beyond 30 days on fleet or commercial vehicles.

We do not support the National Warranty program, which simply means we cannot accommodate warranty claims for installations done by other facilities.

We warrant, according to the 3M policy, the quality and integrity of materials against defects in the films themselves, for the life of the vehicle to the original purchaser, with proof of purchase only.

This warranty does not cover damage as a result of misuse, neglect, damage from non-supported cleaning solutions, children, pets, tools, excessive moisture or water damage, adhesive re-activation, excessive wear or force as applied by the vehicle gaskets, doors, wipers, hardware, etc.

There are no refunds, credits or exchanges for services provided - we warrant to replace the questionable panel of film only once we agree that the defect is film related.

We warrant the quality of our installation but any other warranty is specifically limited to the quality and performance of the window film itself as determined by the manufacturer

Damage to the film at any time by the user, vehicle operation or vehicle defect is not covered by any warranty

Warranty is in no way associated or limited to legality

Warranty is subject to our inspection of the proposed defect.

The amount of acceptable "dirt" in the film, although we strive for ZERO, varies from vehicle to vehicle. We will be honest and fair.

Sometimes immediately after installation an edge or corner will peel or roll due to gasket pressure. Every customer wants the visible edge of the film to exactly correspond with the edge of the glass. Sometimes an edge that is that tight will peel or roll. In this instance, we must be notified of this problem within 30 days of installation and we will either trim the edge to prevent further peel / roll or replace the film on that window. Repeated failures will not be covered more than one time.

Any warranty claim not presented within 30 days of installation will need to be seen by us before any consideration is made. All claims must be made beyond the drying time (see questions page)

All warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of service - or receipt

Warranty is lifetime to the original owner, defects in film and workmanship only (does not include edges that roll after 30 days in free frame windows)
